All of our Cajun Creole food products are shipped fully cooked, frozen and ready to heat and serve.
We also feature Chef John Folse's complete line of Cajun and Creole cookbooks, giving you access to all the great recipes that made him famous.

Shipping charges are not included in the cost of the products.
Orders must be received by noon CST on Wednesdays for the order to be shipped for arrival by the end of the week. Orders received after noon on Wednesday will not be shipped until Monday of the following week, holidays excluded. Please allow 24 hours for processing on all orders.
